Appearance: A little on the chubby side, and has a tattoo of a winged eyeball on his stomach. Other than that, he has a small goatee on his chin, and can usually be seen with a skull shirt of some kind, a black jacket (With a skull on it), his fedora, eye glasses, black jeans and camo shoes, but only when he's outside of school. When he is in school, he wears the same uniform as every other student.
Hair: Short (long on left side of head, the rest has been shaved down.), brown

Talent: (I'm a little confused at what his guardian's business has to do with his talents, so I'll just put down what he's good at): He's good at thinking up characters for stories, and has an exceptional memory for certain things.

Past/History: Gilbert was originally from America, but after his parents divorced, he moved to Canada with his mom. For the longest time he was adjusting to his step parents and the hassels of school life. That all changed when his father one the lottery and promised Gilbert that he'd send him to any private school of his choosing. After looking around on the internet to find the school he wanted to go to, he soon set his sights on Ouran. At first his mother was against the idea, until Gilbert explained that he wanted to start new, to get away from the dull life of the regular schools and to try something new that would sharpen him better than staying in the current position that he was in (Plus he just really loved Japan anyway). His family helped to set him up with his own appartment, as well as the things he would need in order to live their (food, furniture, etc.). Only recently after joining the school did he start hearing rumors about the host club, but to him he thinks that it is strictly nothing more than a rumor.
Other: Gilbert has asperger's syndrome. It does not mean that he's retarded or cannot speak properly, but it means that he is not good at picking up social cues (like if someone was flirting, he wouldn't get it unless they were blunt with him), occaisionally repeats jokes that he has heard from comedians on tv, and has a short temper. Other than that he is just the same as every other person.
